Talent Acquisition Assistant - Contractor 11 Months

* Key Responsibilities:
- You will join TA Team with fully responsible for recruitment activities in Vietnam, coordinate with Myanmar and Cambodia.
- Mainly handle full cycle of recruitment process for Internship, Fresher and junior Level.
- Coordinate in Employer Branding activities and University Relation.
- Responsible for some recruitment admin tasks.

*Detailed description:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Coordinate with HR Operations Specialist in on-boarding preparation.
- Support recruitment for level 1, 2, Internship, Young Talent Program; including phone screening, system, candidate management, online & onsite test arrangement and interview arrangement.
- Responsible for sending out the interview result to candidates who applied for the job.
- Assist in all activities regarding to university branding, recruitment activities & programs.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

* Requirements:
- Graduated from relevant majors, HR background will be a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment.
- Young, dynamic and creative.
- Interest in event organizing.
- Supportive, proactive and collaborative.
- Good at English and communication.
- Good at interview and negotiation skills.
