Reporting: Project Manager
Purpose
Manage all the T&C activities for E&M system of the Hanoi Pilot Metro Line. The systems include:
• HVAC system,
• Dewatering system,
• Fire detection and fire-fighting systems,
• Escalators and Elevators
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the testing of the E&M activities
• Ensure Safety best practices are being utilised during all testing activities
• Responsible for the completion of T&C works to cost and programme targets whilst ensuring that the assets are constructed to specified technical and quality requirements.
• Monitor T&C site progress. Make recommendations where extra resource or alternative work processes are required to maintain or increase performance.
• Monitor T&C project cost and provide Project Manager with timely identification of deviations from budget.
• Interface and site contact with the Facilities construction contractors and the construction partners.
• Responsible for recruiting and managing the E&M Test and Commissioning team
• Other duties as assigned by Manager from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirement
• Degree in related field
• Experience at E&M Testing and Commissioning Manager level
• Understand HVAC, plumbing and fire protection for building systems
• Understanding of some other rail disciplines and interface management is preferable
• Able to handle multi-task with strong organisation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of English
