The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure;
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies;
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability;
- Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to network, computer systems, software, and hardware;
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools;
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution;
- Liaise with the Company's and Group's specialist IT partners when necessary for issues relating to responsible tasks, to ensure smooth operation of the overall network.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor or college degree in Information Technology.
Experience Required:
- Have experience in: LAN, WAN, Wireless, MS Office365, Windows 10, security.
- Have experience in operation and maintenance of: Microsoft Windows server, virtualization technology, storage, backup/recovery system.
Other Requirements:
- Having MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL V3 foundation certificate is an advantage.
- Strong English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
- Abilities and interest in problem solving.
- Motivated, committed and positive.
- Service-minded and flexible.
- Structured, independent and proactive.
- Ability and willingness to learn and understand new and unknown issues.
- Good cooperation and communication skills.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Adaptive (self-learning) with the ability to instruct others.
- Proactive and able to take responsibility.
