System Senior Level – Level 3 Support

FPT Software is looking for System Senior L3 Infrastructure Engineer with at least 5 years of experience for a project of managing global datacenters for an international company. - Managing the Infrastructure environments of a global company including Servers/Network/Firewall/Storage/Backup/Antivirus systems with agreed service levels
- Managing incidents and problems appropriately within agreed service levels
- Creating and performing authorized changes to customer environments as necessary
- Scheduled maintenance and patching of Infrastructure environments.
- Installs and tests software & hardware upgrades.
- Responds to IT department concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software and operator problems.
- Prepares and maintains infrastructure operational procedures and documentation.
- Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone, e-mail and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and other IT-related technologies.
- Contribute to the delivery of the overall IT support to users at a global scale.
- Actively participate in the IT communications & the infrastructure implementation.
- Provide proactive services to bring innovative to IT Service in many forms, such as apply new technologies to create a more efficient organization and improve alignment between technology initiatives and business goals.
- Good English communications skills, both oral and written.
- May be required to fill in single shifts on managed services shift roster.

- At least 5 years of experience working in infrastructure system.
- Have knowledge of Data Center Management, including design (hardware, software and telecommunications), proactive maintenance and operations.
- Strong experience in SAN/NAS administration and troubleshooting skills with storage systems such as Dell & EMC, … storage products,
- Strong experience in Linux/Unix system
- Oversee technical documents/ matrix management covering infrastructure/storage/network in order to lead multiple technical teams as part of any major incident.
- Experience and familiarity in configuring backups system such as Netbackup, Unitrend, Veeam, HP Data Protector…
- Strong knowledge of Virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware
- Extensive experience designing and maintaining a high availability data center supporting 24x7 operations
- Experience with Monitoring systems (Solawind, Nagios, …)
