System Quality Engineer

Superior : QA Manager.
Subordinated: Quality System Assistant (if necessary).
In case of absence, represented by: QA Manager / Corporate Quality System responsible.

Key responsibilities description (functional and managerial)
- Top management representative for quality matters (certification and customer audits, etc.).
- Control of documents. Management of quality system, environment system and technical documents. Records keeping.
- Collection of data of indicators to keep updated the company scorecard, including non quality costs.
- Preparation and issuance of the quality monthly report.
- Management review. To collect the input information, and to record the output results of the review.
- Internal audits. Auditor in internal audits of QMS, EMS and manufacturing processes.
- To keep updated in the system the annual audit program.
- To perform system and process audits to suppliers.
- To control the correct execution of the back-up of the computer server.
- To give the general training and information regarding quality management system and environment management.
- To provide information to customers, commercials, etc. regarding QMS,EMS certifications.
- To keep updated the planning and results of the quality objectives, environment objectives, process KPIs
- Customer satisfaction data collection and reporting.
- In absence of human resources manager, controlling the execution of the training program.
- Perform internal production process/ system process audit according internal audit plan.
- Core team member in identify and evaluate these environmental aspect, environment legal requirement. Record & action plan follow up.
- Provide the correct identification of waste and official declaration

Education requirements (Above basic skills): Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Electric or related fields

Basic skills requirements
- IATF 16949:2016, iSO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 training course.
- Internal auditor according to IATF 16949:2016 or ISO 9001:2015 standard, ISO 14001:2015
- PREMO Quality Management System.
- Basic training regarding PREMO products and customer expectations.
Expected Training / skills / knowledge
- Process approach management. Indicators and scorecard.
- Core tools basic training (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA) and Control Plan.
- Team work.
- Training methodology for trainers.
- 5S's.
- 8D methodology for problem solving.

Experience requirements (similar jobs): 1 year in a similar position

Personality requirements (Under basic skills): Proactive person, organized, methodical, analytic, communicative, team work orientated
Languages skills (language and level): Plant local language, high level written and speaking. English language, high level written and medium level speaking.
Software applications skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Explorer, SAP (QMS profile). User level.
