• Monitoring and reporting System
• Receive and escalate about IT problem
• Account management
•Ability to handle special projects as assigned.
•Excellent attendance a must, this will include working weekends and holidays when needed. Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate travel, out of office activities and work performed out of the office.
•Ability to handle emergency situations and proactively resolve any issues
•Require taking night shift, and willing to participate in rotating shift roster

•College degree in Computer Science.

•Knowledge of Unix, Windows server & Cisco products.
•Experience in running helpdesk in an computer operation centre.
•3 year computer centre operation experience.
