Mô tả công việc
The employee is responsible for managing the sales data and system used by the company's dealers:
- Follow data activation from the company’s dealers
- Coordinate with other teams (Sales, Finance, Service, Sales Admin) to evaluate sales performance of salesmen, area Salesmen, dealers
- Update dealers’ information and sales incentive scheme in the system
- Manage sales data in the system for analysis & report
- Maintain a good understanding of the dealers and handle complaints or concerns appropriately, and respond in a timely manner

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduates with bachelor degree in Economics, Business or related fields
- Possess logical thinking and sales oriented mindset
- Good communication, negotiation & time management skills
- Good English communication and computer skills
- Be diligent and active, be able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
- Minimum 1~2 years of working experience in Sales Administration or Planning
