### Job brief

We are looking for a Network Engineer to implement, maintain and support our network services team in Vietnam and Germany.
You will be part of a highly skilled team of network engineers that is responsible for implementation and operation of complex network architectures.

### Responsibilities

* Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
* Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
* Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
* Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
* Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
* Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
* Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

### Requirements

* BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
* Proven hands-on network engineering experience
* Network certification such as Cisco CCNP (Cisco CCIE highly valued)
* Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
* Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IPv6, MPLS, IPSEC, 802.11, QoS)
* Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
* Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement and protect trade secrets
* Good to very good command of English
* Work in day shift and optionally in night shift

### Preferred Skills and Qualifications (optional)


* Network Professional Certification (e.g. CCNP Routing and Switching)
* Network Expert Certification (e.g. CCIE Routing and Switching)
