Mô tả công việc
- Provide level 1 & 2 IT support to regional offices;
- Maintain and support ERP and other systems;
- Data analysis and reports generation;
- Maintain and optimize servers and applications;
- Response and recover upon any system failure;
- Upload/Update master data in the NAV systems and Internal Website;
- Performance turning, setup to improve system monitoring, faster to catch up suddenly failure encounter;
- Utilise Jet Report Tool, SQL management tool, web reporting tool to make recurring & manually report for advantage business and accounting activities;
- Control users’ account domain system management for group companies;
- Other IT support for daily activities and assigned by BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
** Job Requirement
- Fluent English – Spoken and written
- Knowledge in PC/Server maintenance, Microsoft office (especially Excel)
- Basic SQL statement for ETL
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
- Knowledge in Jet Reports is a plus
- Working location: 1 Position in Hanoi, 1 Position in HCM
