Mô tả công việc
* Compliance Auditing & Sustainability Development
• Plan and perform sustainability audits/assessments (environment and social & working conditions) in accordance with our working methods and all other relevant mandatory documents and local legislation.
• Gather and analyse information and facts to draw conclusions (both short term and Long terms actions) about compliance/non-compliance, using auditing methods including in-depth interviews with individuals/groups with different parties at suppliers.
• Root cause analysis with Business Partners of non-compliance and create understanding with Business Partners in order for them to achieve compliance.
• Assess training needs of Business Partners and Business Teams and conduct/facilitate necessary trainnings.
• Contribute to sustainability compliance action plan, prepare and implement relevant activities.
• Keep yourself updated with the Law
• Support the business in implementation and maintenance of sustainability compliance requirements at the supplier and sub-suppliers.
• Identifying good practices of compliance and its economic benefits to Business.
* Sustainability Projects (Social and /or Environment).
• Identify, Develop and Implement Sustainability projects in areas (Social and Environment) in supply chain in cooperation with IKEA Business teams in IKEA and Business Partners and lead its implementation.
• Explore opportunities to partner/collaborate with external stakeholders / other brands on sustainability compliance and sustainability projects.
• Participate in external sustainability forums as and when necessary to understand emerging sustainability topics and trends.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Compliance Auditing (Social & Environmental) Experience of 5 years.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Legal Laws and Compliance Management Systems in relation to operations of factories.
• Degree in Environment / Social Studies / Law.
• Self-Driven.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
• Good Coaching & Interpersonal skills.
• Good Time Management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel about 60% of the working hours.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Legal Laws and Compliance Management Systems in relation to operations of factories.
