Supply Planning Team Leader

1. Manage all imported Finish goods from the ordering, follow up shipment to finish payment, ensure that sufficient stock for sale and follow stock policy
2. Manage outsourcing (copacker) to ensure smoothly operation, no OOS for production in house, and no OOS for sales
3. Lead in project related to system (DRP, IBP, Every Angle…) to ensure that understand requirement from project team project and deliver OTIF
4. Key role in report consolidation for internal and BU/Global requirement
5. Leader role in master data for whole planning team to ensure data matching and up to date, as key user and train to new comer for using and support for change request
6. Join and discuss for weekly/monthly meeting with BU, Region, Global & RSO if any to ensure delivery ad hoc/issue on time, accurate
7. Key member in budget annual build up
8. Manage a staff under for imported Finish goods
9. Manage extruded Jelly line to ensure MPS, PR, DS follow planning cycle, stock policy. And also necessary task for supply planner role of this line
10. Another support role for supply planning team in need (monthly, weekly activities)
Key note for planning Jelly line:
• Generate the Weekly Production Plan (MPS) complying to the company stock cover policy.
• Ensure Planned Order and Production Orders are updated and maintained on SAP.
• Do the Capacity Planning for Extruded Jelly line.
• Control Inventory level (FG-PM Stock) for all warehouses.
• Overview stock before and after launch/re-launch activities.
• Coordinate with the Logistics/ MKT & Sales to ensure the stocks conveyed as the allocation.
• Issue weekly PR /DS/DS JIT of PM.
• Making weekly discontinued report.
• Making & send monthly SFC receive & purchase of PM.
• Making monthly SLOB moving report.
• Control Potential WO cost.
• Reconcile monthly DS of FEL.
• Consolidate weekly outsource plan.
• Prepare monthly SFC of outsource
• Overview stock before and after launch/re-launch activities.
• Make up production reports, records and following planning KPIs.
• Support other department to solve issue about quality, supply material, shipment, discontinue…
• Confirm ETS to Export Client (if any)
• Update daily & weekly Portal.
• Checking MPR for request from client.

- University graduated. At least 2 year-experiences as same position for Multinational companies – Food is preferable
- Good communication (both oral & written English & Vietnamese).
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fimiliar with SAP system
