- Effective communication skills with business stakeholders and bears good analytical thinking skill;
- Partner with plant planner to formulate best production plan & strategy to meet market demand;
- Hands on experience in ERP system, material procurement process, material flow, manufacturing processes, capacity constraints, excess materials management and master planning;
- Prepare status report & executive summary

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University or Technical College graduate from Business, Engineering or other relevant disciplines;
- A minimum of 3 years production planning experiences in large manufacturing, had operation experience in ERP system or similar managing system.
- Good command of read & written English. Spoken English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with different partners.
- Able to work and solve problem independently as well as with team
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.
- Frequent local travelling is required, and oversea occasionally.
- A minimum of 3 years production planning experiences in large manufacturing, had operation experience in ERP system or similar managing system.
