Supply Planner (Binh Duong)

* Working hour: Mondays – Fridays

* Purpose of Role:
- To be responsible for complete process of production planning and manufacturing resource planning functions, taking into account of marketing plans, sales variation and production constraints like production capacity, manpower limitation, materials availability to formulate production plans.
- Supply adequate finished goods to customers, to maintain targeted inventory level and facilitate production with the highest productivity and least cost.
- Co-ordinate to provide adequate supply of RM/PMs for production at right time / right quantity while inventory level is controlled as target.
- Meet agreed plans for (re-) launch and promotional activities right time, right quantity.
- Use SAP system efficiently in planning.

* Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:
- Generate the Weekly Production Plan (MPS) complying with the company stock cover policy.
- Be a reconciler of HT and Export production plan for assigned brands.
- Ensure Planned Order and Production Orders are updated and maintained on SAP.
- Do the Capacity Planning for whole production line.
- Control Inventory level (FG Stock) for all warehouses.
- Do weekly Sale & Forecast analysis.
- Issue weekly PR /DS/DS JIT of PM & Production Plan of FG.
- Making reports: Discontinued report, SLOB moving, Production reliability vv
- Making & send monthly SFC receive & purchase of PM.
- Prepare & reconcile monthly DS of FEL.
- Update weekly & daily portal.
- Prepare SFC of semi FG of Eclair.
- Overview stock before and after launch/re-launch activities.
- Make up production reports, records and update planning KPIs.
- Following new project of assigned brands.
- Making weekly ETS confirmation.
- Making MPR matrix & checking MPR monthly.
- Making, controlling & balance Potential WO cost.
- Building SAP process.
- Coordinate with the Logistic/MKT & Sales to ensure the stocks conveyed as the allocation.
- Support other departments to solve issue about quality, supply material, shipment, discontinue...
- Other tasks which are required by relevant functions.

Job Requirements:
- University Degree, at least 02 years experiences at same position for MNC company
- Good communication, good at English
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- SAP experience is a plus
