Mô tả công việc
• Contact with the suppliers by email & phone, negotiate specifications/quality/price/delivery date/payment terms/trade terms
• Find other suppliers (in Vietnam & other countries) and purchase raw materials, equipment, machinery
• Prepare, Confirm and/or Receive all necessary documents such as Purchase Order, Contract, Invoice, Packing list
• Input data into custom software and process custom corporating with suppliers and forwarders for goods import and product export
• Control warehouse In & Out, Check Inventory, Prepare Warehouse Reports
• Perform other assignments requested by Superior

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Female, newly graduate or under 25 years old (No Experience is acceptable)
• English Level: TOEIC score is 730 or equivalent
• Those who have accounting knowledge is preferable
• Careful, Honest, High responsible, Open-minded, Self-motivated, Hardworking
• Willing to travel to overseas and other provinces for business trip
• Interested in not only for your major but also for many fields and willing to learn and to be trained
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Those who can live near company in Hung Yen or Hai Duong is preferable
• English Level: TOEIC score is 730 or equivalent
