We are looking for a Supply Chain Projects Manager to accountable for projects in Vietnam and driving timely delivery of each project by monitoring progress, project scheduling, and adherence to Project Management processes across the overall portfolio.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Projects Manager, you will ensure each project has a defined resource structure and defined accountabilities such as:
- A documented project scope, milestone plan & the key deliverables
- A tacking mechanism & report against project benchmarks
- A Management of Change document and process for re-evaluation at each stage of Capital Value Process (CVP)
- Monitoring the baseline financials for each project and challenging delivery as required.
- Providing regular updates and timely, accurate information to aid consolidation of Transformation road map reporting
- Develop a delivery plan across all projects
- Identify and actively manage cross-portfolio risks, issues and dependencies to reduce impact on project delivery.
- Monthly review and projects update in Pipeline & Tracker systems
- Monthly update and assist Country Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) to review and drive the Supply Chain performance.
- Develop appropriate business engagement and achieve a pipeline of opportunities for new projects

ABOUT YOU
You will have a university degree with at least 5 years of supply chain expertise preferably in the Energy or FMCG industry. With your experience building, engaging and influencing key business partners, you will be able to handle conflicting priorities and achieve business outcomes. Additionally, your strategic mindset to build up your team's competencies will lead your team to achieve high performance. This role will require you to travel across Vietnam 50% of your time.
You will have a university degree with at least 5 years of supply chain expertise preferably in the Energy or FMCG industry.
