MISSION
Organize the downstream and upstream flows within the manufacturing plant for new project and moving to new plant. Set and release suppliers forecast and manage logistics terms and conditions. Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...)

• Ensure successful execution of strategies. Monitor and follow-up on plans using relevant metrics (short-term and long-term)
• Take the necessary steps to overcome obstacles and push goals. Maintain high levels of energy in a fast-paced environment.

Functional Competencies:
• Ability to identify and optimize all physical flows from suppliers to Schneider Electric production facilities to distribution centers and customers.
• Ability to set parameters for materials procurement and shop floor scheduling to optimize manufacturing flow and capacity to meet customer demand.
• Ability to identify, analyze and implement improvements to the technical limit of our manufacturing process.
Cross Functional Competencies:
• Ability to successfully pilot a project from beginning to end, including prioritizing, planning, resolving issues, and displaying a persistent drive for results.
• Ability to understand, appreciate and incorporate the unique contributions of associates with diverse backgrounds in business interactions.

- On Time Delivery to Customer for new project
- Unhealthy Stock
- DIN (number of day)
- ESSR (suppliers service)

Job Related Experience: At least 5 years practical experience with supply chain in manufacturing field.
Prior experience as a Supply Chain Upstream/Downstream desired. SAP knowledge
Business Understanding: Strong understanding Supply Chain Principles
Project management
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English level Advance (Fluent in oral and written English)
