Supply Chain Procurement Executive

Ensure to meet all P2P compliances, initiate for process simplification or systematic activities , day to day FGs import challenges for custom clearance.Organize all import costing, breakup of duties, taxes, port and transportation charges for the building of FGs cost . Besides, provide support Indirect Cat Leads in delivery follow up and in payment document check to support to Plant Procurement Activity.

- Timely and accurately issueing PR-PO for GP managed catergories both direct and indirect.
- In coordination with LD&T team, organizing all import costing breakup of duties, taxes, port and transportation charges
- Being the GP single point contact for PO module – system exploration and modification to make process simple and more systematic .
- Managing all forwarding documents through strong co-ordination with freight forwarded, custom agent as per regularity for evaluating accuracy and processing to finance for payment and tax challans related concerns.

1. Excellent Functional knowledge (5 years+ in custom clearance /procurement roles): processes and tools including previous experience in managing logistics / Shipping lines in a complex environment, preferably within Food & Beverage industry.
2.Sound knowledge of supply market fundamentals
3. Sound understanding of SAP and P2P Governance and Controls
4. Fluent English communication
5. Strong relationships with key regional / global Operations suppliers
6. Highly effective interpersonal skills – excellent negotiator and strong communication and influencing skills to all organizational levels and particularly at executive level.
