1/ Manage Material Planning for production plan
- PR tracking status (new items, SAP code,..)
- BOM management
- Order volume calculation for DoH & Safety stock purpose
- Material arrival plan (local & import) & feed back to requestors
- Manage Production demand by date, shop,..
- Production schedule adjustment with material arrival plan
- Material firm & rolling forecast to suppliers
- Window person for Monthly Sales/ Production Meeting (SPM)
(KPI: Build to Plan, Line stop, DoH, Scrap, Obsolete)
2/Manage Order Fulfillment for Order to Payment (no sourcing)
- Release DO with blanket contract (local)
- Manage delivery schedule (local)
- Supplier reconcile & payment
- Supplier evaluation (local)
- Claims (wrong ship, short ship, quality,..)
- Manage EP/ STO
( Air freight, Container cubic utilization)
3/ Manage WH team
- In-plant material arrival schedule
- Receiving into Warehouse (W/H)
- Material delivery to requested shops
- SAP GR & GI input & SAP code creation
- Inventory management (cycle count, API, arrangement.)
- WH system (FIFO, material serration, safety stock)
- KPI: Line stop, DoH, Scrap, Obsolete
4/ Manage Supply Chain team to operate with effective Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Follow up & support team
- Training & development
5/ Reports & others
- Monthly/ daily report to internal & outside organization
- Also with other request for leadership team.

Requirements
Knowledge:
- Material Planning

- Order Fulfillment (safety stock, lead time, DoH,..)
- Logistics (local & oversea)
- Warehouse operation system (FIFO, Material Presentation, )
- KPI setting & management
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership skill
- Good/ clear communication skills (must)
- Fluent spoken and written in English (must)
- Creative thinking; proactive, result-driven, problem solving & decision making
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn and work
- Good office computer skill (MS office, website)
Experience/Education:
- Graduated from University. Foreign Trade university is preferred
- At least 05 years supply chain experience in manufacturing company.
