Supply Chain Manager - Newly Set Up Company

Our client is a FDI technology company. At this position, you will be in charge of processes (including warehouse management, logistics control, inventory planning, ordering, material purchasing, manpower control):

1) Inventory management
• Control Inventory Turns performance and Customer Performance.
• Monitor Customer Consignment Inventory/I-Hubs levels to goal and Internal Finished Goods to target levels.

2) Material ordering and purchasing
• Liaise with production department to ensure the materials
• Develop material plan, and conduct weekly planning meetings to achieve corporate objectives.
• Manage production orders by controlling system inquiries and new engineering orders.

3) Manpower control
• Develop and supervise human resources.
• Support each department to ensure the matching between company target and department responsibility

4) Logistics control
• Implement a system to control Supply Chain processes to minimize logistics cost and ensure the SC data accuracy.
• Solve customer delivery problems.

• Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field
• Age: over 35 years old
• Good use of verbal and written English
• More than 10 years of experience in delivery and management of procurement and supply chain services, logistics and assets management
• Prior experience in managerial position(s) in manufacturing environment is compulsory
• Proficiency in the use of computer applications and systems
• Familiar with ERP and purchasing modules
• Good knowledge of integrated manufacturing software systems
• Strong communication skill and problem solving skill
