Supply Chain Manager (More Than 10 Years Experienced)

• Manages the different aspects of the supply chain (including sourcing, purchasing, selection of vendors, transport, warehousing and distribution);
• Develops forecasting process and manages Forecast Accuracy KPI;
• Monitors delivery performance of production centers;
• Optimizes inventories, following Central's guidelines;
• Monitors and improves On time delivery performance to customers;
• Manages the third party logistics service provider performance, including transportation, customs, inventory accuracy and HES compliance;
• Manage relationship with govermental officials including customs, test centers etc.;
• Works closely with sales team, suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce operations cost;
• Computes and improves products' standard costs;
• Responsible for supply chain process improvements;
• Liasies with Central's as well as other sister companies' Supply Chain teams
• Manages team including setting up objectives, performance reviews, career development planning etc.

• Background and Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
o Experiences in Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics and Supply Chain Management for more than 10 years in multi-national companies
o Good understanding of purchasing & procurement, material management, sales & distribution processes

o Proactive communication skills to all levels of the organization as well as external parties
o Excellent analytical & organization skills with self-motivation and teamwork spirit
o Strong leadership and negotiation skills
o Good command of spoken and written English
o Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and SAP system.
