Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and Manage warehousing, logistics, sourcing, purchasing, inventory and shipping activities across the full supply chain
• Responsible for capacity analysis, forecasting, material planning, production planning and supply chain & logistics of all shipments to and from manufacturing site
• Develop logistics, production planning, purchasing, warehousing inventory control and shipping processes and SOPs
• Ensure optimal planning and accuracy of inventory levels of materials and finished goods
• Track initiatives implementation, cost effectiveness and service level performance. Identification of cost saving opportunities: Identification of new suppliers and technical solutions on the market
• Monitor and manage the information and material flow from supplier to customer
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements with vendors and suppliers
• Identify and implement strategies to improve service quality, employee efficiency and interdepartmental communication
• Generate weekly and monthly reporting and conduct capacity and performance analysis
• Establish KPI targets and perform regular review meetings
• Work on continuous improvement of all related Supply Chain processes in close cooperation with related functions
• Performs any other related duties
