THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
This position will be both customer and internally focused supporting the roles of the Supply Chain Manager to implement the strategic goals of the organization as they relate to supply chain demands. With the General Manager and division heads, the position will require to organize and monitor the storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Besides, Management people, process, tools, assets belongs Hub HCM to ensure activities and results be completed & delivered accurately, timely, efficiently and effectively.
The mission will be to move the company to become Vietnam’s premier supply chain service provider built on a foundation of superb procedures and execution that attracts and retains high quality people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Strategically plan and manage planning, importing, warehouse, delivery & collection, Customer services
2 Direct, optimize and coordinate full order efficiently & effectively
3 Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
4 ISO Implementation & Quality Control Management as it relates to Supply Chain
5 Tracking & Monitoring quantitative and qualitative performance for assigned areas
6 Demand Planning: Provide forecasting for customer supply chain needs and infrastructure needs in the various distribution hubs such as racking, space requirements, and staffing
7 National Hub Network- The National Hub Manager, and the Hub Supervisors to ensure that clear communication and continuous operational improvements are met. Proactively develop improvement strategies for operational and customer service excellence
8 Call Center/Customer Service Center- Support the Customer Service Center to meet the needs of the supply chain division and the customers
9 Resolve any arising problems or relate to preserve and enhance Company Services Level and Customer satisfaction
10 Execution Planning - Develop the annual plan with each department as it relates to Supply Chain and achieve critical time lines.
11 Training- Develop an annual training plan that ensures absolute best practice is communicated through refined SOP, trained, executed, and measured
12 To meet human strategy for business
13 Take roles Leadership in deployment to achieve outcomes for assigned tasks/ projects of continuous improvement, innovation in supply chain
14 Confidentiality-Protect customer information and intellectual property of the company from external forces. Ensure that the strategy of the company and the strategy of the company’s customers is protected both externally and internally

- Experience years: Minimum: 5 years at the same position
- Education: University or Higher than university
- Language: English Communication, Specialist
- Information Technology: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint
- Relevant knowledge: Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Relevant skills: Management/ Presentation/ Team Building/ Problem Solving
