Supply Chain Manager

• Establish global practices within Global MRP Platform for the purchasing of material, production scheduling, forecasting, inventory management and logistics. Perform gap analysis and create detailed priorities.
• Develop the required policies / processes to meet the defined gap requirements
• Create implementation plan, metrics, timeline, and team roles & responsibilities - Implement
• Validate Results èOTD, Inv Turns, O&E improvements / predictability through QAD utilization
• Participate in the development and deployment of new processes, policies, and procedures across SBUs world-wide to create breakthrough impact on the highest opportunity areas of the supply chain
• Develops ‘tools’ and/or processes to integrate point or systemic solutions to achieve goals and objectives.
• Develop and build analytical models and tools to simulate the effect of various changes to the supply chain in order to support operational / strategic decision making.
• Manages complex supply chain engineering programs from concept to successful deployments. Anticipates and resolves program risks in order to achieve objectives
• Researches problems, defines and justify solutions and methods, and obtains mid level / Sr. Management approval. Follows through on program delivery and results through completion.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning deployment, and ensures ongoing processes achieve targeted results
• Applies engineering and problem solving disciplines to characterize novel and often difficult challenges related to direct material procurement, planning and inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Leads and organizes activities ensuring completion of the projects on schedule and within budget constraints
• Proactively acts to understand needs and identifies and manages solutions

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
• BS in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Engineering required. MS/MBA highly desired
• 3-5 years of experience in a related supply chain function (procurement, planning, logistics, operations)
• Extensive MRP knowledge and implementation experience.
SKILL:
• Strong Project Management and Communications Skills
• Self directed and able to formulate activities, direction, priorities with small level of management direction
• Capable to communicate/articulate issues, ideas, plans, and proposals to Sr. Management and individual contributor levels of the organization
• Proven ability to engineer analytical and production ‘tools’ to address supply chain problems
• Ability to manipulate data through spreadsheets, word, and presentation software.
• Projects or experience in multi-cultural setting

- 13 months salary, Management bonus
- Base in Bac Ninh and company support daily transportation from Hanoi - Factory - Hanoi
- 2 Saturday off
