*** Main Res:
I. Manage Material Planning for production plan
1. PR tracking status (new items, SAP code,..)
2. BOM management
3. Order volume calculation for DoH & Safety stock purpose
4. Material arrival plan (local & import) & feedback to requestors
5. Manage Production demand by date, shop,..
6. Production schedule adjustment with material arrival plan
7. Material firm & rolling forecast to suppliers
8. Window person for Monthly Sales/ Production Meeting (SPM)
(KPI: Build to Plan, Line stop, DoH, Scrap, Obsolete)
II. Manage Order Fulfilment for Order to Payment (no sourcing)
9. Release DO with blanket contract (local)
10. Manage delivery schedule (local)
11. Supplier reconcile & payment
12. Supplier evaluation (local)
13. Claims (wrong ship, short ship, quality,..)
14. Manage EP/ STO
(KPI: Airfreight, Container cubic ultilization)
III. Manage WH team
15. In-plant material arrival schedule
16. Receiving into Warehouse (W/H)
17. Material delivery to requested shops
18. SAP GR & GI input & SAP code creation
19. Inventory management (cycle count, API, arrangement..)
20. WH system (FIFO, material segration, safety stock)
21. KPI: Line stop, DoH, Scrap, Obsolete
IV. Manage Supply Chain team to operate with effective Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
22. Follow up & support team
23. Training & development
V. Reports & others
24. Monthly/ daily report to internal & outside organization
25. Also with other request for leadership team.

• Material Planning
• Production Planning
• Order Fulfilment (safety stock, leadtime, DoH,..)
• Logistics (local & oversea)
• Warehouse operation system (FIFO, Material Presentation, )
• KPI setting & management
* Skills & Competencies:
• Leadership skill
• Good/ clear communication skills (must)
• Fluent spoken and written in English (must)
• Creative thinking; proactive, result-driven, problem solving & decision making
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn and work
• Good office computer skill (MS office, website)
* Experience/Education:
• Graduated from University. Foreign Trade university is preferred
At least 05 years supply chain experience in manufacturing company.
