Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary: Supply Chain Manager will drive Supply Chain strategy and operations to ensure superior customer satisfaction by focusing on quality, delivery and cost aligned with business plan and company’s core value
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies; plan strategically and translate strategy into operational roadmaps, deploying resources efficiently while pushing for results that aligned with business plan, core values and compliance with legal regulations
2. Analyze marketing forecasts and launch strategies to assess the impact on material requirements, cash flow, manufacturing capacity or other potential constraints.
3. Lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including planning, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, forecasting, capacity planning and sourcing, master scheduling, inventory control and financial costing, as necessary for JIT goods support to Company stores chain.
4. Direct the activities of all functions involved in the planning, purchasing, logistic, warehousing, and control of goods from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customers.
5. Manage inventory and establishes controls to ensure Company is operating at the highest level of performance based on keep performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk.
6. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement.
7. Lead the team to Develop and continuously improve supplier programs; design and implementation of new supply chain system functionality and optimize its use
8. Lead negotiation efforts for major contracts
9. Lead the team to Identify situations / opportunities / issues / market conditions and economic indicators, including upcoming contract expirations and plan actions to realize cost reductions and process improvements on an ongoing basis.
10. Own new product planning processes from supply chain management perspective to assure timely acquisition of materials and production planning controls to support product launches/re-launches.
11. Lead, Motivate and inspire the team to provide continuous improvements and optimization of inventory investment while delivering customer service “fill rates” that meet or exceed established targets.
12. Manage vendor relationships, auditors, and custom authorities and Liaise with auditors, authorities and relevant government organizations relating to supply chain matters
13. Develop and manage departmental budgets accordingly.
14. Ensure all the related monthly, periodical reports
15. Lead people, including hiring and retaining talent, directing reports, defining KPI's and monitoring performance via training, coaching, motivate and engage the team
16. Collaborate with other departments in creating a trust, respect and engagement teamwork

Requirements and qualifications:
 BSc/BA relevant with equivalent competencies in supply chain management
 Excellent competencies of data analysis and forecasting methods
 Strategic thinking, solve problems, risk management
 Strong leadership and organizational skills
 Influence and negotiate; Conflict, Change and performance management
 Organize, including prioritizing, planning, assigning and controlling objectives
 Is result oriented and places great emphasis on customer focus
 Business acumen
 Good command of English (4 skills)
 Travel requirement
