For our Client we are hiring an expert Supply Chain Manager willing to take full responsibility, from S&OP to products delivery


Description

The Supply Chain Manager, reporting directly to the Operation Director, will be responsible of the following activities:

● Coordinates with Sales Department for preparing forecasts and Sales and Operations Planning

● Is responsible of prepare the daily, weekly and montly production plan, according to production capabilities

● Prepares and monitors according to the stock level, the purchasing strategy for the procurement team

● Is in charge of raw material and finish products warehouse and relative stocks

● Ensures that the logistic team costantly optimize the transport costs and on time delivery

● Is responsible of analyzing all costs and ensures that the annual saving budget is met

● Achieves maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value

● Ensures a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers


Profile

The ideal Manager with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business administration has 10+ years Supply Chain, Logistics experience and at least 5+ years as Manager within a food production or beverage company.

Has strong analitical skills, ability to lead and influence others.

Is capable to set standars and procedures from scratch, in complete autonomy and is capable to engage the internal stakeholder to respect those. Is familiar with both local and multinational organizations.
