Supply Chain Manager (FMCG Industry)

*Working Location: VSIP I, Thuan An Binh Duong

- Ensure all inventory systems, processes are managed and run efficiently and effectively to meet and exceed sales demand on local market/export.
- Responsible for logistics network design, planning and execution for the provision of last mile delivery service to customers.
- Track initiatives implementation, cost effectiveness and service level performance. Identification of cost saving opportunities: Identification of new suppliers and technical solutions on the market.
- Develop operational and strategic plans to ensure that the business has the appropriate resources to deal with the continued growth.
- Manage 3PL performance for warehousing; freight & transportation. Identify potential gaps and implement improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate periodical stock take process and stock reconciliation to ensure inventory integrity.
- Negotiation of price lists and general terms and conditions
- Collaboration with Maintenance & Production teams to optimize equipment specifications, as well with R&D and QA to harmonize packaging materials specification
- Lead and provide oversight for all purchasing activities necessary in the acquisition of local/ imported materials and non-product related towards company expectation across Vietnam.
- Lead and provide oversight for all import export activities including tax reimbursement, tax liquidation, and customs audit. Implement strategic plan to ensure all activities are compliant to laws and customs regulations.
Manage direct reports (performance management, coaching, etc). For the operational activities set objectives, measure performance, improve on efficiency, apply best practices.

 3+ year minimum experience in relative Transportation and Warehouse Experience either in Operations, or Vendor Management.
 Ability to manage outsourced 3PL and Transportation Vendors
 3+ years minimum experience in vendor management of a 3rd party partners (Transportation or Warehouse)
 Experience running RFP/RFQ’s with Transportation or Warehousing Vendors
 3+ years of operational sourcing experience in direct/indirect procurement, preferably gained in a FMCG/ Food/ Retail / Consulting
 Proven experiences in managing complex internal and external partnership for outsourced and insourced Procurement services
 Experience in contract negotiations
 Must have a track record in driving cost savings through process improvements, supplier consolidation, benchmarking, etc.
 Proven experience in building strong relationships with internal constituents, external customers, and external suppliers and building positive rapport between sales & operations.
 Strong negotiation and communication skills.
