For our Client we are hiring an expert Vietnamese Logistic & Supply Chain Manager willing to take full responsibility, from S&OP to products delivery
Description
The Logistic & Supply Chain Manager, reporting directly to the Country Manager, will be responsible of the following activities:
● Coordinates with Sales Department for preparing forecasts and Sales and Operations Planning
● Collaborates with regional supply chain and logistics teams in order to develop solutions with existent 3PL providers to support business expansion
● Leads and develops the supply chain team to ensure the strategy execution within Vietnam
● Proven experience in service, cost, and contract negotiations with 3PLs providers
● Communicates and works with all levels of the organisation. Manages a large multi-function program or a set of projects. Interacts with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
● Monitoring and producing monthly cost reports and KPIs
● Achieves maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value
● Ensures a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers
● Introduces a culture of continuous improvement leveraging LEAN methodology.
Profile
The ideal Manager with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business administration has 10+ years Supply Chain, Logistics experience and at least 5+ years as Manager within a B2C multinational organisation, distributing products in Vietnam
Has strong organisational skills, leadership and ability to lead, contribute and influence others.
Fluency both in Vietnamese and English are compulsory
