Function: Finance Business Partner
Department: Finance
Principle Accountabilities
- Be a trusted partner to support the Operations Management/Leadership team for an optimized production/logistics/sourcing cost.
- Be an important helping hand for Supply Chain Finance Manager in managing SC performance, coaching team and developing strong partnering with respected partners.
- Be assertive in communication with respect, insights together with cost ownership and commercially obsessed mindset.
Reporting relationship:
1. Reporting to: Supply Chain Finance Manager
2. Subordinate: none
Job responsibilities:
1. Performance Management:
- Collaborate with Operations team to build and control factory/logistic and sourcing cost, including both 3P and in-house plants through in year performance via monthly meeting with defined gap and actions to close. Lead to drive and track saving initiatives for respected areas.
- Provide insights by own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments to involve and challenge provided business case.
- To assist Supply Chain Finance Manager to support Operation Management team for a sound analysis for decision making together with proactively foresee and highlight risk and opportunity which can impact to business performance.
- Act as Finance Business Partnering by coordinating, partnering and consulting with Operations Leadership Team in terms of cost optimization for Supply Chain Finance.
2. Strategic planning:
- Be in-charge of long term (3-5years)/ short term planning (yearly/monthly) of Supply Chain related cost and investment
3. Process/Report development:
- Improve the integrated Management Information System for the analysis of and reporting on financial and non - financial performance indicators, like stock positions, supply service level, Distribution dashboard …
- Simplify process and report initiatives
4. Leadership/Team player
- Deliver finance fundamental knowledge transfer to partners.
- Close collaboration with SCF/Finance team and provide needed coaching/knowledge sharing
- Be a contact point for SC Regional team
