Supply Chain Finance Manager

1. Planning and Budgeting:
- Accountable for organizing the local planning processes for the whole VN Supply Chain Finance organization. The planning cycles include annual budgeting (AC – Annual Contract), scheduled forecasting (May and September) and rolling forecasting (monthly);
- Maintain monthly tracking the performance of relevant ISC partners (2 plants, procurement and CSL);

2. Productivity:
- Maintain productivity (cost saving) pipelines in Volt (a tool to keep track of productivity) and ensure the financial contents and accuracy of the projects;
- Drive the performance of the productivity by types (procurements, conversion, CSL) with relevant partners;
- Contribute to build the productivity pipeline by bringing ideas, challenging the status quo and providing clarity in time;

3. Costing and Reporting:
- Handle monthly closing and continuously improve the closing toward lean, accurate and effective manners;
- Ensure fair allocation of cost to cost objects, cost centers and products and provide insightful breakdown of cost by products;
- Accountable to overall IBR from VN Supply Chain to BUs (Business Units) including VN BU;
- Accountable for VN BUs COGS reporting – COGS bridges;

4. Investment:
- Accountable for managing annual capex budget jointly with plants;
- Manage the AR (Appropriation Request) financial appraisal and circulation;
- Maintain the clarity in cost capitalization according to Mondelez’s policies and procedures;
- Maintain the capex spend progress report and present finance in capex project review;

5. Control and audits:
- Ensure compliance with Mondelez’s and local regulations;
- Ensure SOX controls design effective and implementation efficient;
- Co-ordinate for relevant audits and remediation for relevant audit findings;

6. People management:
- Develop team capability (development plan) and build up the succession plan for the team.

- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics Accounting.
- At least 10 years of work experience in finance with preferred experience in Supply Chain finance and multinational FMCG or MNC.
- Experience in people and project management/environment preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence business partners.
- Very strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the use of deductive reasoning and problem sensitivity.
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- ACCA, Australia CPA is preferred.
