Supply Chain Executive (Warehouse & Transportation Coordinator)

- Manage operation & performance of of 3PL warehouses. Make sure 3PL Warehouses to follow the Safety and Regulatory Compliance, link to the Yara Policy for HESQ.
- Manage product transferring between Warehouses and deliver to customers through 3PL execution and on SUN system.
- Manage and execute third party agreements. Monitor KPI’s for 3PLs.
- Contribute logistics expertise by identifying, analyzing and measuring improvements to key processes and procedures.
- Monitor changes in Rules and Procedures and inform line manager.
- Make material/FG delivery planning.
- Catch up demand of Production.
- Check & confirm payment for 3PLs base on contract/tariff.
- Write/control all the procedures, work flows of warehouse operation.
- Control inventory & allocate stock at each warehouse.
- Maintain physical stock count.
- Work with Customer service and logistics function to implement processes, standards and operating discipline.
- Support marketing, value chain on sample delivery.
- Open warehouse as required.
- Training Product Stewardship to Depots operators.
- Sourcing inland transportation when needed.
- Sourcing raw material for production.
- Other assigned tasks of Logistics or Customer Service & report if needed.

1. English fluent both in speaking & writing
2. Bachelor Degree of Economic/Foreign Trade.
3. Experience from multi-national companies
4. Priority for candidates who have strong expertise on customer service

8. Experience:
+ 3-4 years in Customer service is a must.
