Supply Chain Executive

WORK LOCATION:

HKL Building, 2nd Floor, 154-156 Nguyen Huu Tho, Phuoc Kien,Nha Be,HCMC (0.5 Km away from Nguyen Huu Tho & Nguyen Van Linh)

MAIN TASK:

- Manage cross-border supply chain & logistics activities by coordinating with sales, suppliers and warehouses in Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand;

- Work with direct manager to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials, sub-materials and products;

- Work with suppliers/factories to execute the supply plans and ensure delivery requirements;

- Work & coordinate with shipping agents for im-export activities of products and sub materials;

- Daily and weekly tracking of inventory levels across various locations: suppliers and various warehouses;

- Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies;

- Inventory management;

- Other duties assigned by direct line manager.

- 1-2 years experience in supply chain management or similar role;

- Good English;

- Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting;

- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management);

- Have import-export experience/knowledge would be an advantage;

- Working knowledge of MS Office;

- Problem-solving, attention to detail, excellent communication skills;

- Willing to work over the scope of work.

- Working from: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday
