Mô tả công việc
* Objective: Enter data in the systems according to the Manager guidelines in order to have updated data.
* Main Functions:
- Convert information from images and pdfs to a different format using defined aplications for data entry
- Validate data by comparing the converted info with the given source to verify its accuracy
- Register and update information in the systems (trades, invoices, transfers, match obligations, shipping information and others) in order to have updated data.
* Internal Relations:
- IT: to coordinate on system issues and required improvements
- Imports Coordinator / Sourcing Coordinator / Sales Coordinator: to get and provide information
* Main Functions:

- Bachelor degree on economics, business administration or similar
- Certification in use of microsoft office
- English: writing and reading
* Experience
- At least 1 year as data entry
* OTHER SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Organized and attention to the details
Working Location: 78 Nguyễn Văn Thủ, Phường Đa Kao, Quận 01, Thành Phố HCM
- Bachelor degree on economics, business administration or similar
