Work Location
• Unit 15-08A, Saigon Trade Center, 37 Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Responsibilities
• Handling the tasks within the scope supply chain roles including ordering plan, importing of goods, shipment schedule arrangement, inventory control, delivery to customer and monitor and communication with supplier & customers;
• Communication with warehouse and distribution service providers for the cargo importing and distribution. Liaise for any urgency incident matters;
• Assisting the daily office administration tasks including office matters, translating documentation, importing and exporting licensing procedures; and
• Others tasks relating to business operation assign or instruct.

Minimum career level : Non-manager with experienced 2-3 year
Minimum education level : Bachelors or degree in administration or managerial
Working location : HCMC
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience (Preferable in Logistic or forwarding line)
- Computer literacy with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to communicate in English (Spoken & written)
Other Requirements:
- Self-motivated, take initiatives, good communication skills and problem solving
- Team spirit and information sharing
- Pleasant and optimistic personality
