* Supply Chain reports:
- SC Monthly/ Weekly reports ( KPIs Dashboard)
- SC Metrics Report
- Monthly SC presentations
- Other reports
* Administrative works for SC:
- Assist in travel arrangement: air ticket, accommodation, agenda, payment report, scheduling for SC team
- Arrange appointments and meetings, master the working calendar of SCD
- Handle daily SAP related transactions ( SC report, PR, GR) and payments
- In charge of other office administration works

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, Work and Power Point
- English fluently
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, numerical skills
- Experience in Personal Assistance (PA)
- Time management / Prioritization / SAP Knowledge
