Mô tả công việc
• Tracking plan, send PO to supplier
• Negotiation with supplier to fix purchasing conditions including contract/price/delivery date/payment terms/ tax issues/ material specifications and BOM
• Controlling and administrating purchasing activity from several aspects as per the company requirements for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Searching new supplier
• Submit payment requisition on time monthly to accounting department
• Analyze and report all schedule to manager base on production plan
• Update RM status to manager
• Monthly stocktaking
• Others job is assigned by manager
Working place: Long Hậu Industry Zone, Cần Giuộc District, HCM City

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1 years experienced in the same position with good purchasing background (Experience in logistic is plus)
• Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade or Accounting.
• Experience in SAP Payable is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good at English and communication skills
• Logical thinking and explanation capability.
• Strong personality and time management
