Responsibility
o Lead or Assist on projects to help our client improve processes, reduce costs, improve ability to serve the demand, define a growth strategy, or design specific technology solutions
o Understand the business and market context through interviews, investigation and analytics
o Analyse client's data to identify and quantify inefficiencies, patterns, sources of improvement
o Conduct workshops to gather the valuable insights, opportunities, and real-life challenges
o Manage expectations and communicate intensively with team members and client
o Proactively identify and manage risks, and minimize ambiguity
o Monitor and report on project activities in line with expectations
o Achieve project deliverables on time, on quality and within budget
o Collect and share information about best practices, industry trends, breakthrough technology

o Three (Junior level) or more years of prior experience in delivering supply chain solutions as either a consultant, project manager or analyst.
o Bulletproof Analytical, Communications (English proficiency), Teamwork and Project Management skills
o Strong logic combined with creativity - system and design thinking is key to allow designing innovative solutions
o Flexibility and adaptability - every project is a different challenge in a different organization. This requires a hands-on, open-minded and humble attitude
o Demonstrated aptitude and interest in information technology
o Consulting experience in a firm is a plus
o Certified CPIM/CSCP/PMI/Prince2 is a plus
o Programming experience in R/Python is a plus
