Mô tả công việc
C1.1. Supply Chain Analyst (70%).
Supply Chain Performance reports/analysis:
- Organize Supply Chain’s data, reports and deck for presentations accurately, timely.
- Validate data, multi-dimension analysis monthly SC KPI result gaps between Trend/ Budget work with root cause analysis, define and track action plans to reach KPI.
Stock in Trade & Boost.
- Verify data SIT from Distributors and responsible for correct reports for Stock in Trade, Sell In, Sell Out… across Divisions.
- Manage and check stock count at distributors’ warehouse.
- Manage stock in trade levels in accordance with the objectives of the country and analyse obsoletes and slow movers. Work with Division to define and implement action plans.
- Determine the suitable stock and supply parameters at distributor according to the objectives of service rates, stock in trade level.
- Upload and verify data SIT in Boost.
BCP & Project SC.
- Work with consultants to develop BCP’s document to ensure every entity L’Oreal Office, L’Oreal Warehouse, 3PL warehouse should have BCP aligned with business case.
- Responsible for management training and testing frequently to put into practice the Continuity Plan content, strengthen continual improvement.
- Work with functional to respond all Zone’ requirement related BCP and upload all testing and BCP report into the link by Zone.
- Responsible tracking all SC projects and ensure project owner are working on progress to reach the content and the timing/ deadline commitment.
C1.2 Personal Assistant to Supply Chain Director (30%)
- Create & Organize team activities & events
- Monthly Stationery order
- Manage schedule, organising meetings and appointments for Supply Chain Director
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation with agent
- Reminding important tasks and deadlines
- Handle & claim SC business trip
- Coordinate for newcomers on-board
- T& E claim for Supply Chain Director.
- Filing for meetings, presentation or legal documents

- Excellent using Microsoft Excel
- Speaking English fluency
- Excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills
- Effective organizing skills & communication skills
- Familiar with SAP
- Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
- Attention to details.
- Those who have experience of SC data analysis, Sales Analysis, ISO secretary, accounting and Finance, Banking.
- Personality: honest, trust worthy, respectful, sensitivity, flexible, integrity
- Speaking English fluency
- Excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills
- Effective organizing skills & communication skills
- Familiar with SAP
- Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
- Attention to details.
- Those who have experience of SC data analysis, Sales Analysis, ISO secretary, accounting and Finance, Banking.
