Supply & Logistics Assistant

- Truck documentation handle and release to Dealers
- Receive, check and make settlement request for incentive, promotion programs
- Provide administrative support to a department and Manager
- Follow up on contracts and payments from Dealers.
- Maintain appropriate filing and storage of paper work for audit trails.
- Coordinate with other departments in the company to complete the work, to ensure efficiently and timely.
- Create business documents such as sales reports, memos.
- Input data on supply master system.
- Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by department manager.

- Female from 24 to 26 years old.
- University/ College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or relevant fields.
- Good command of English (Toeic: from 650)
- Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…)
- At least 2 years of experience in similar job.
- Self-disciplined, hardworking, responsible, dedicated, careful.
