Mô tả công việc
* Working day: from Monday to Friday
* Working location: Hanoi Head Office;
- Adjust monthly sales forecast
- Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting processes and methods are followed.
- Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, inventory level
- Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
- Participate in forecast and inventory planning meetings with Consumer Marketing, Sales Planning, Production Planning, reviewing recommended sales forecast and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions)
- Manage Inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.
- Receive orders from Consumer Marketing Dept. and work with other Departments, 3PLs to pack, to label all customization goods, and handle all related tasks: be in charged of deadline; ship, transfer all redundant semi-finished goods to warehouses; Analyze total demand of each SKU in each Marketing Program, with Consumer Marketing, Sales Planning,, coordinating with relevant departments to conduct customization planning.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female; age under 30 years old;
- University degree in majors of Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance;
- Fresh graduate, or experiences (having experience in SCM is preferable)
- Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English (Speaking and Writing, equivalent to IELTS 5.5/TOEIC 650 and up)
- Good in team work and can work under pressure
- Understanding FMCG working environment: work in fast environment and need to take decision quickly
- Understand Supply Chain Management, Supply & Demand Planning, Logistics can be advantage.
