The Quality team is dedicated to implementing a culture and practice of excellence throughout the
entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a
sustainable way.
ABB's High Voltage Products team provides products which help enhance the safety, reliability and
efficiency of power networks while minimizing environmental impact. Our technology leadership
continues to facilitate developments in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling
smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.
You will guide and train Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE)/Managers and teams to drive excellence in
quality, delivery, compliance and sustainable performance for Power Grids business in Singapore.
Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, you will ensure global processes are understood and
implemented, providing quality and compliance status updates to PL management team.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the supplier qualification process is fully understood and utilized and ensuring the supply bases are, and remain, fully qualified and compliant.
- Ensuring supplier assessments (e.g. potential, scheduled, special), including assessment reporting and findings (major, minor or opportunities for improvement) are scheduled, executed and followed-up.
- Ensuring required supplier development processes are established, understood and executed to develop and support suppliers to secure ABB requirements are met.
- Working with PL management as needed to develop standard supply base management and quality training materials for local implementation.
- Monitoring and reporting supplier performance (KPIs), quality issues and development actions, also supporting conformance to ABB quality metrics.
- Ensuring full and appropriate utilization of Pro-Supply and other PL tools according to global PL/Quality rocedures.
- Ensuring full utilization of local system for reporting, monitoring and disposition of quality, on time delivery (OTD) and compliance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A University degree in Mechanical.
- More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality.
- Good knowledge in Quality Management.
- Responsive and proactive behavior; demonstrated responsibility for and ownership of customer issues.
- Knowledge of customer-service principles and practices.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality.
- Good knowledge in Quality Management.
