Supplier Quality (NC Vietnam)

o Supplier Assessments, Supplier & Component Qualification, Customer Compliance

o Develop the supplier quality capability to cover the following areas:
o Sourcing - Supplier evaluation
o Participate as a member of a cross functional team to evaluate potential new suppliers
o Supplier qualification and audit process
o Build in quality to the process from the very beginning
o Supplier performance management
o Monitor supplier quality performance, set targets for improvement
o Non-conforming material
o Non-conformity report / 8D analysis / Non-quality cost requested
o Supplier performance improvement
o Focus on worst performers, impact matrix & escalation
o Customer compliance/response DMR & CAR/RMA

Salary: Negotiation.
Requirement: Strong communication English & Vietnamese is a plus, 5 + years’ experience
