Mô tả công việc
Objective of the Position
•To secure that the quality of the product, packaging and delivery in supplier/vendor are fulfilled according to specification, customer’s requirement and ISO 9001:2015.
•Continuous improvements.
Description of Key Responsibilities
•Develop suppliers and educate suppliers in Hafele processes & standards
•Supplier quality monitor and implement for both quality of packaging, quality of product and delivery
•Execution of logistics and quality evaluation of supplier
•Conduct to evaluate new supplier
•Execution audit supplier
•Secure that drawings/specification is available when necessary
•Coordinate supplier Advance Production Quality Planning (APQP) activities (including measuring harmonization)
•Product Production Approval Process (PPAP) review & make release decision for supplier PPAP, approve PPAP.
•Make inspection plan for the incoming parts.
•Conduct incoming inspection of sample parts and monitoring supplier improvement actions
•Develop procedures and qualification for new product before launching
•Report supplier and incoming issue to Quality Manager.
•Issue a special control when e.g. temporary product and packaging deviation from incoming.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
•University degree
•At least 2 years’ experience with the same position
•Understand in 7 QC tools, PPAP, APQP.
•Technical knowledge of PCBA is preferable
•6 Sigma / Kaizen
•ISO9001 systems
•Fluent in English written and spoken
