Mô tả công việc
- Assist with project launches to include ensuring project timing is met.
- Assist with new supplier assessments/audits.
- Review PPAPs and PPAP samples prior to submission to World Resource Partners in USA.
- Monitor and inspect production orders at suppliers prior to shipment.
- Utilize problem solving tools, such as, 8Ds, 5 Why, to drive permanent corrective action
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, tape measures, pin gages.
- Assist with new supplier assessments/audits.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education and Engineering Knowledge:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality or other related discipline is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand prints and 3D models. Design work is not necessary but a plus.
- Must be able to accurately and confidently communicate engineering and quality requirements to suppliers and the WRP team in the US.
- Experience/knowledge in manufacturing including but not limited to: tooling making, aluminum die casting, aluminum extrusion, steel welding, plastic injection molding, plastic extrusion and hardware is preferred.
Basic technology and business skills:
- Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents and Email is a required.
- Comfortable with digital tools used in searching various website platforms (1688.com and Alibaba.com, etc).
English speaking and writing capability:
- Must be able to communicate confidently and fluently in English (verbal and written).
- Attend weekly team meetings are required via Skype (or other online tools).
Transportation and Travel:
- Driver’s license and personal transportation preferred.
- Must be able to travel to various suppliers both in and out of the Ho Chi Minh area with occasional air travel within Vietnam.
Desired Characteristics:
- Task oriented, organized and willing to be “hands on” and “get dirty”
- Self-driven, strong ownership of assigned jobs and passion to achieve high level of work.
- Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Creative and innovative when challenges arise.
