Supplier Management Officer – Foodline

I. Major Duties:
1. Assessment new products:
- Study relevant law documents and new law documents (if any) as assigned.
- Audit new products as Government regulation including license documents and labelling as per the SMD approved work instruction.
- Feedback the result to relevant department following the procedure.
2. Collecting documents:
- Collecting documents following the approved required documents as currently procedure.
- Ensure items have documents as required.
- Ensure items status are matching between Supplier Management file and Profit.
- Clarify group of products to applying regulations.
- Update, report and upload full documents as required in Supplier Management file.
II. Other Duties:
- Any necessary task that is deemed important from time to time
III. Rules and Regulations
Will be set up basing on Company and Department’s business target yearly.

Qualifications & Experience:
- University or College Graduate, Foods Industry/ relevant major.
- Preferred experience in retail industry (supermarket/ shopping center).
- Preferred candidates from consulting company quality product records
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Vietnamese & English communication.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office, excel).
- Good communication skills.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
