Supplier Development Engineer

1) Conduct audit at factories to assess compliance level to Standard such as ISO 9001, IAFT 16949, ISO 14001, SA 8000
2) Establish a corrective action plan and lead the improvement program with factories
3) Resolve quality issues by identifying problems and implementing action plans.
4) Develop practical SOP or work instruction both to standardize process both for QC and QA activities with factory
5) Effectively communicate about quality improvement efforts

1) Ready to travel within Vietnam, and surounding countries
2) At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing
3) Can read and write at least local language, English

• Project Management for certification
• Audit skill to ISO/TS 16949, ISO 13484, GMP, 21 CFR 820
• Audit skill to ISO 14001, ROHS.
• Audit skill to SA 8000, ISO 26000, EICC, Wal-mart, etc.
• Build PPAP / APQP to AIAG (PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC)
• Root cause Investigation (8D, 5 whys…etc)
• Inspection of mechanical plastic, die-casting, stamping
• Acceptable knowledge in AQL and sampling plan
• Good command in Excel, PPT, Word, Project.
