Suply Chain Specialist

JOB PURPOSE
Working with internal stakeholders, Liaising with shipping line, logistic forwarder for delivery of products to customer. In charge as distribution document controller included but not limited to preparing, expediting, reporting and controlling document as per objective, process/standard of supply chain.

2. JOB DIMENSIONS
Controlling demand and supply; rotation of packaging materials; material consumption for export products; distribution of TCO glass to customers as agreed terms.
Job rotation between these dimensions is subject to reviewed and assigned from time to time by manager.

3. PRICIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
A. SAP system and document
• Create delivery or any assigment rotated time to time by manager
• Create shipping relevant to distribution
• Create invoice included proforma invoice, sales invoice, packing list
• Create shipping cost in SAP
B. Customer
• Communicating for reporting documents delivery
C. Haulier
• Booking, following bill of lading and payment for relevant costs, reporting
D. Report
• All kinds of reports required from time to time relevant to supply chain process/categories

- Newly graduated from university degree in business administration, English linguistic
- Ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management; problem-solving skill
- Moderate level of commercial awareness and numerical understanding;
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team;
- English communiation skills, both oral and written.
