Mô tả công việc
Objective:
Responsible for supervising the Fund compliance with fund’s document and related regulations
Working Relationship:
Internal: Compliance, Treasury, RBD, BC, FPD
External: AMCs, SSC, MOF
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring daily operations for the assigned funds to make sure it is complied with fund’s Charter and Prospectus
- Report to SSC for fund’s compliance
- Answer daily queries of clients
- Work closely with Fund Administration team to ensure the correctness of net asset values (NAV) for funds
- Work closely with AMCs to review audit reports of fund
- Collaborate with AMCs to review Fund document (Charter, Prospectus), pricing policy
- Work closely Custody team and other team in the bank for smoothly daily operation
- Update the Procedure of Department

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or relevant fields
At least 2-3 year experience in Securities Services environment preferred
- Knowledge of Custody and Securities Services products and processes.
- Knowledge of (Global) Custody markets and Vietnamese market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in problem solving skills
- Client focus, accountability, professional attitude, pro-active
- Sense of urgency, crisis-management and good analytical skills
- Excellent Excel skill and be familiar to accounting software
Bachelor/Master in Business/Finance/Investment/Accounting/Auditing
Certificate of Securities and Securities Market
Certificate of Law on Securities and Securities Market
ACCA or CPA or Chief accountant certificate (a must)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or relevant fields
