* REPORTS TO : General Manager Operations
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A)
1. Manage overall cargo wise system functions
2. Setting up SOPs & work flow management in Cargo wise
3. Setting up buy & sell rate tariffs in Cargo Wise
4. Setting up user KPIs in Cargo Wise
5. Granting user rights based on individual user’s requirement
6. Training staff in SGN,DAD & HAN when need arises
7. Continually work to get a system oriented work flow & cut down on manual operation to bring more efficiency into the company. (SGN,DAD,HAN)
8. Educate users on maintaining set KPI’s & how to use the system more effectively.
9. Escalate to management on areas that you may feel that requires intervention, support or attention
B)
10. Manage overall C-TPAT related work
11. Do frequent audits with carriers ,CFSs, Transporters & other related parties to ensure compliances are met
12. Follow up with all Vietnam branches by frequent visits to ensure we comply to C-TPAT requirements
13. Setting up annual training for all staff on C-TPAT awareness
14. Working closely with team to educate on C-TPAT requirements, support & needs & escalate to management for solutions.
15. Escalate to management on areas that you may feel that requires intervention, support or attention
