Supervisor, Security Operations

Duties may include but not limited to:
 Supervising casino security and operational deployments and ensure that they are done effectively at all times.
 Ensuring that all Security, fire safety and medical emergency incidents are attended to according to the approved procedures.
 Patrolling.
 Ensuring and maintaining the customer service standards.
 Swift respond to incident and deal with any untoward incident and/or emergency/crisis situation according to the approved procedures.
 Managing the Casino entrances in accordance to requirements regulated by the Government Authority.
 Putting up of incident report.
 Performing VIP escort.
 Performing Chip/sensitive gaming equipment/cash escorts according to established processes and procedures.
 Performing dropbox/stacker collection.
 Performing any other duties as assigned/directed by the Vice President/Director of Security Operations.

Qualifications/Requirements
 Minimum 5 years of experience in Law enforcement agency/Security industry with 3 years in the Casino related environment.
 Understand the casino operations and able to lead a team of Security officers to ensure the smooth flow of casino security operations.
 Able to perform shift duties.
 Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system.
 Able to speak and write English. Mandarin or dialect (Cantonese, Korean, etc.) speaking is an advantage.
